What per-seat pricing actually costs
Most service-hours platforms bill per student, around $3.75 a seat (typical — verify your invoice). At 600 students that's about $2,250 a year; at 1,200 students, about $4,500 — and it grows every time enrollment does. VolTrack is $1,200 flat, any enrollment. Your bill doesn't change when your freshman class does.

How does the Founding School Program work?
The first 25 schools to join lock in $1,200/year for any enrollment size, with the complete Service Hours program, and that price is held for three years. After the founding cohort fills, standard pricing applies.
Is Communications included in the school price?
No. VolTrack Communications is a separate add-on, currently in beta. Founding schools lock in $600/year for unlimited email announcements, automated reminders, and two-way messaging. SMS is rolling out during beta (then a 10-text-per-student-per-year allowance, additional at cost). Join the beta and we'll set you up.
Is it really free for clubs?
Yes. A single club or student organization with up to 100 members uses VolTrack free, with no time limit. It's perfect for NHS chapters and service clubs.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Absolutely. The Founding School Program is billed annually and we support purchase orders and standard school invoicing, with no credit card required.
Can you migrate our data from our current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. The AI importer is free on every plan: upload your export, review the column mapping, confirm. Founding schools also get white-glove migration, where we do it with you. See how switching works.
What if we're a district with several schools?
We offer multi-school agreements for districts and dioceses with custom pricing and a district-wide rollout. Reach out and we'll put together a plan.
What are we committing to?
One school year at a time. Founding pricing holds your $1,200 rate for three consecutive renewals, but you renew annually and can leave at the end of any year. There is no multi-year contract to sign.
Will you sign our data privacy agreement?
Yes. We operate as a school official under FERPA's legitimate-educational-interest exception, and we'll sign your district or diocesan DPA. Our student-data practices are published at /legal/data-privacy.
We only have 300 students — is this overkill?
The flat price is exactly why small schools come out ahead. Per-seat platforms charge less than $1,200 at 300 students, but you are also the school where one person runs the entire program by hand. Free migration and one-click verification are worth more to you than to a school with three admins.
